Provides a safe and warm place to sleep for people who are homeless in Lake County. Our center is staffed by dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our guests.

Resource Navigation:
Making Change Possible
Our Resource Navigation program helps people who are homeless access the resources and services they need to get back on their feet. Our case managers work one-on-one with guests to help them find and access the services they need, including healthcare, housing, and employment.
Advocacy and Awareness:
Change for the Better
We believe that in order to truly solve the problem of homelessness, we need to raise awareness about the issue and advocate for systemic change. That’s why we are dedicated to educating the community about the root causes of homelessness and working to bring about real, lasting change.

Sunrise prioritizes Education and Employment in both the grant funded programs we manage and by providing technical assistance to other programs and organizations. Resume and interview prep are just the start of whats needed in todays competitive job market. Personalized in-depth soft skill trainings provide our clients with knowledge and self-awareness todays employers are looking for.
